At Onedaytests, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
